New Ireland Assurance Company Plc (hereinafter called the Company) is the supplier of your employer's pension scheme of which you are a member. Your employer has agreed with the Company to allow you access to your pension details through Pension Schemes Online which is a secure password-protected website from the Company, where you can view up-to-date information on your pension account including your contribution history, your fund value and choice of funds.

Your access to the site can be terminated if your employer so wishes and in this event you will be notified by a message on the site.

In order to understand how Pension Schemes Online works there is a brochure, which is available from your employer and you must first read the brochure before proceeding any further.

Once you have read the brochure and you go to register, you will need your PPS number, Member number and date of birth.

You will note that there are a number of personal questions, which you must respond to. The purpose of these questions is for your own security and it is important that you do not give your details to any other persons.

Throughout Pension Schemes Online you will find warnings and instructions on how to use it. In particular you must read the legal page as you are binding yourself to the terms and conditions outlined.

By continuing with the registration you are signifying your agreement to these terms and conditions. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions you will be liable for and agree to be liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of your negligence default or bad faith in relation to the operation of Pension Schemes Online and you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Company and your Employer for any such loss or damage sustained.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and each party hereto submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.

The Company reserves the right to change the content of the site so as to reflect changes in legislation or pension policy details.

All disputes, differences and questions which may at any time arise between the parties touching or arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the subject matter shall be referred to a single Arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Acts 1954-1998 and any amendment thereof.

In order to understand how Pension Schemes Online works, please read the instructions enclosed in your new business pack.

Having read the instructions, and now wishing to proceed with registration, you will need your PPS number, Member number and date of birth to register.
